Thirteen naval personnel are under investigation by the Andhra Pradesh Police Counter Intelligence Cell.
Two people have been arrested, including a naval serviceman named Pradeep Mukherjee.
The operation, called Operation Firewall-2026, involved several agencies across ten states.
Cases have been filed under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act and the Official Secrets Act.
