UP Board makes 100% online attendance mandatory in secondary schools
- Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Parishad UPMSP made 100% daily online attendance mandatory for students and staff.
- The move follows findings that 33 districts, including Prayagraj, had 10% or lower compliance with online attendance.
- UPMSP called the low compliance a sign of "disregard" and issued letters to District School Inspectors in these areas.
- Inspectors have been given six days to ensure 100% online attendance registration across affected schools.
