Virat Kohli’s stake in Agilitas rises to 6.4% after one8 brand merger
- Virat Kohli’s stake in Agilitas Sports has risen to 6.4% from 1.8% after his one8 brand merged with it.
- The company said on Thursday that he made no fresh investment and the rise came from the merger.
- Kohli had earlier put Rs 40 crore into Agilitas and stays on as one8’s co-founder.
- The NCLT’s Mumbai bench cleared the merger, which targets the US, UK, Canada and Australia.
