Bihar launches portal to resolve student complaints
- At JD Women’s College in Patna, CM Samrat Choudhary launched on August 17 the Vidyarthi Sahyog Portal for student grievances.
- Students can file complaints online or through toll-free number 1100, with their identity kept confidential and no fee charged.
- The government has set a 30-day target to resolve complaints, after which students will receive a written response.
- From August 25, the programme will expand to colleges and hostels, with support camps held every fourth Tuesday.
