CBSE revises Class 9 curriculum for sixth time in seven months, drops three subjects

CBSE on Thursday, dropped planned curriculum parts for the current Class 9 batch.
Individuals in Society and the AI module are out of Class 9; Environmental Education goes in 2027-28.
This is the latest of several changes since April, mostly to the rules on which languages to study.
On 28 September, the Supreme Court told the board to let Class 6 students skip a third-language exam.
