Delhi introduces fresh vehicle restrictions under revised GRAP from November 1

Delhi will bar vehicles that do not meet BS-VI norms from 1 November under the revised anti-pollution plan.
Only BS-VI, CNG, electric and exempted vehicles may enter, the traffic police said in a post on X.
Vehicles without a valid pollution certificate and non-compliant interstate buses are also barred.
Trucks not bound for Delhi must use peripheral expressways, and drivers should check their eligibility.
