Delhi High Court to hear plea against Jantar Mantar closure on 13 October

The Delhi High Court will hear a plea on 13 October challenging the closure of Jantar Mantar for peaceful protests.
The matter was mentioned on Monday before a bench headed by the Acting Chief Justice, which agreed to list it.
The petitioner’s counsel said no alternative site has been set aside for protests anywhere in the capital.
A separate plea on the Delhi protests of 10 and 11 October will also be heard on the same day.
