Former Japanese PM Yasuo Fukuda dies at 90

Former Japanese Prime Minister Yasuo Fukuda died at the age of 90 on October 22.
Japan’s ruling Liberal Democratic Party announced his death on October 26, with heart failure reported as the cause.
Fukuda served as Japan’s prime minister from September 2007 to September 2008.
During his premiership, he pursued closer diplomatic relations with China.
