Karnataka CM DK Shivakumar rejects BJP’s claims over Rahul Gandhi’s gesture

Karnataka CM DK Shivakumar has rejected the claim that Rahul Gandhi pushed and disrespected him at a Delhi protest.
In a post on X on Tuesday, he said Rahul Gandhi had asked him to move back towards the vehicle out of concern for his safety.
He said their interaction reflected mutual trust and affection, and that the brief clip did not capture the circumstances.
He said the fight was for democracy, not distractions, and the focus must stay on every Indian’s right to vote.
