CJP leaders Saurav Das, Ashutosh and Ajinkya arrested after Jantar Mantar protest
- CJP leaders Saurav Das, Ashutosh Ranka and Ajinkya Shinde were arrested in Delhi early on Wednesday.
- Party lawyer Ratna Singh said on X that the charges include trespass, bond violation and obstructing a public official’s duty.
- Police told a news agency the three were under preventive arrest, and they were to be produced in court in the morning.
- They had scaled the locked gates of Jantar Mantar on Tuesday, a day after it ceased to be a designated protest site.
