Leh airport set for major upgrade as Modi prepares to launch new projects

PM Narendra Modi is expected to inaugurate Leh airport, major roads and bridges in Ladakh in October 2026.
The upgraded Leh airport will handle up to 54 flights daily, nearly three times its current capacity.
The Border Roads Organisation's new roads and bridges will improve connectivity for civilians and defence forces.
