Supreme Court denies PIL for mandatory ethanol labelling on petrol pumps

- So advocate Narendra Kumar Goswami asked the Supreme Court to require labelling on every nozzle and every receipt.
- The bench refused to hear it under Article 32, told him to go to the High Court, and asked him where he practised.
- The Attorney General called it a proxy fight, since the court had already dismissed a direct challenge to E20.
