- The BJP Ayodhya mayor's nephew bought land for Rs 20 lakh and sold it to the trust for Rs 2.5 crore three months later — a 12-times markup.
- A UP government inquiry was set up to probe the deals in 2021 — its findings have never been made public, the investigation found.
