Clean chit to Champat Rai & Anil Mishra in Ram temple donation case

- Rai was the Trust's general secretary and Mishra a member. Both resigned on June 27.
- Eight people who counted donations have been arrested and face criminal and corruption charges.
- A separate police investigation is still running, with a Supreme Court status report due.
