Apple's camera AirPods spotted in leaked video — the cameras are for Siri, not selfies
- A video of Apple's camera AirPods leaked from inside macOS Tahoe 26.7 — showing Siri identifying a book title by reading it through the AirPod camera.
- The cameras are not for photos or videos — they feed visual information to Apple's Visual Intelligence system so Siri understands your surroundings.
- Users get an alert if hair covers the AirPods — "make sure AirPods are not covered" to get accurate Visual Intelligence results.
