Zerodha at 16: No VC rounds, no investors — who owns the company?
- Inc 42 reports, Zerodha turned 16 this month. The Kamath brothers together hold 83% with Nithin Kamath holding 44.37% and Nikhil Kamath 39.35%.
- Seema Patil, wife of Nitin Kamath, holds 15.87%. Between the three of them, that's more than 99% of the cap table.
- No rounds and No VCs onboard. 16 years of bootstrapped growth. Zerodha reported ₹8,847 Cr in revenue and ₹4,237 crore in profit in FY25.
